8.1 Decisions about the allocation of funds:

Decisions regarding the allocation of funds from the community treasury should be made collectively by DegenDAO members ($DNA holders). Community members may propose fund allocation proposals, which will be discussed and voted on through the DAO voting process to determine the final fund allocation plan.

8.2 Project development support

The Community Fund can be used to support the development and operation of DegenVerse projects, including game development, platform feature enhancements, marketing promotions, community event organisation, etc. This will help maintain the competitiveness and attractiveness of the project, promote user growth and foster community building.

8.3 Incentive mechanisms

The community wallet can be used to create reward and incentive mechanisms to encourage contributions and participation from community members. For example, token rewards or other forms of incentives can be distributed to reward developers, content creators, community managers, etc. who contribute to the project.

8.4 Community governance

The management and operation of the community treasury should be the responsibility of DAO members, following principles of transparency, fairness and democracy. Community members can participate in proposals, discussions and votes to collectively decide the direction of community development and important matters, ensuring the democratisation and transparency of community governance.

8.5 Ecosystem development and philanthropy

The community treasury can also be used to support ecosystem development and philanthropic initiatives, such as funding developer communities, organising offline events, sponsoring blockchain technology research projects, etc., to promote the prosperity and sustainable development of the entire ecosystem.

8.6 DegenDAO

DegenGame is made by the community and for the community. We always prioritise the gameplay and social experience of our players, and this is the principle we have followed in designing the DegenDao mechanism. We have observed that many crypto game ecosystems are very closed, and community members such as players, game asset owners, guild scholars, cannot continue their social interactions outside the game ecosystem. Therefore, we decided to expand the influence of DegenDao.
